General Introduction:

The machine is a full-automatic multiple-function washing, filling and capping unit. It is used in washing, filling and sealing all kinds of non-air drinks such as fruit juice, oil & vinegar, wine, fruit wine, mineral water and pure water. The line has features of unique design, new style, complete functions, multi-purpose, convenient in operation, beautiful construction, high automation.

A. Power unit
The power for 3in1 filling machine is supplied by a main motor and controlled by frequency convertor. The production speed is adjustable on request.
Each movement mechanism is gear transmission which can stabilize the machine operation.
B. Lubrication unit
All the lubrication processes are fitted inside the foundation support. We can offer central lubrication device to avoid human error on request.
C. Safety unit
The automatic safety switches are installed on 3 places:Front door. To avoid the door throw open during operation.Power panel. To avoid machine overloaded.Control panel. Emergency stop switch for machine operator.D. Operation protection switch
The stainless steel and organic glass doors are set for protect the operator. All the safety doors are equipped with micro contact safety switch. When the door is open, the machine will be stopped automatically.
E. Controlling SystemInclude frequency convertor, PLC and electrical elements to realized manual and automatic machine control.With the frequency convertor, the machine can work in different speed to meet the different requirement of production capacity. Meanwhile, it can synchronously run with the other machine in the filling line through a power wire. 

1Rotary Bottle Rinser

8 isometric bottle holding clampers. Bottle rinsing mechanical hand. Rotary sprayer. Stable and reliable bottle holding. High efficient bottle rinsing. Be applicable to all sizes of bottles.All the rinser structures are covered with AISI304 stainless steel layer. All the water contact parts are made from SS304 or food-class plastic. The clamper is made from food-class rubber. The collector locates in the center of the turntable to collect rinsing liquid and avoid water spraying outside.If the machine stops, a magnetic beside the bottle rinser inlet will stop the empty bottle going into the rinser.

2.Rotary bottle filler

A. Turn tableBe made from 304 stainless steel to support the product distribution box. The turn table is beard by a big-diameter ball bearing to ensure the superior weight distribution.B. Distribution boxFilling valve is installed on the round ring. All valves connect with distribution box through stainless steel 304 pipeline.All the water contact parts are made from 304 stainless steel. Seamless double side argon gas protection welding. Bright polished internal face of distribution box ensures the thorough internal cleaning.  C. Filling ValveThere are 8 filling head. For pure or mineral water: Gravity filling (Non-carbonated water)All the valve members are internal surface bright polished. Filling valve opens when the bottle is being lifted. Then, water will be filling into the the bottle , and the air inside the bottle will exhaust at the same time. Once the liquid level inside the bottle meets the required standard, the filling valve will stop filling automatically.No filling and no back flow when there is bottless.D. Bottle lifterIt is installed on a idler wheel.Made from self-lubricating plastic. Precision manufactured, service life is guaranteed.E. CleaningUse the hot or cod disinfectant to clean the water contact part , and low tension saturated steam to clean all areas in the distribution box. 3.Rotary capper

Includes 3 capping heads.Applicable cap: 26-40mm standard plastic capWorld advanced immediate PICK&PLACE system.Made from AISI304 stainless steel layer cover steel structure. The capper rotated continuously during working. It is beard by a large diameter ball bearing.The rotation parts include capping head, connecting rod and bottle exchange panel.The fixed parts include cap unscrambler and cap conveyor.Imported motor reduction gearbox, SS304 cover, and cap tank. Imported compressed air pipeline elements reduce the second pollution to caps. Cap shortage inspection system is installed on the cover and cap box to auto control the cap conveyor and machine operation speed. Cap conveyor will deliver the cap to slide. And then turn the cap to make its open side downwards and place it on the capping point. The capper upwards and downwards is controlled by a follower on cam. The intercept of capping head is 113mm.The capping twisting force is adjustable. There is a scale displayer of twisting forces. Top pressure is 15kgf-18kgf adjustable.

4.Cap conveyor and cap storage tank

Imported motor reduction gearbox. 304 stainless steel cap storage tank and cap conveying channel which are both equipped with electronic cap shortage inspection system. No secondary pollution.Automatic control system. Work together with electronic inspection system to control the machine operation. No bottle no cap conveying. Cap-less automatic machine stoppage.
